About job 

In this role you will be responsible for  HR and administration at Addressya, including for our local offices in East Africa. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager, and work closely with the management and leadership team.  

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Recruitment and human resource management
  • Taking responsibility for all employee relationship matters and advising manager on HR related topics like remuneration, talent development, succession planning, and organisational development
  • Coordinate and develop our Continues Performance Management process.
  • Develop our development and remuneration models and ensure just and successful implementation and talent management
  • Development of HR guidelines and processes and ensuring company wide compliance. 
  • Legal compliance of local HR processes and payroll (incl. VISA processes)
  • Continuous improvement of local HR processes
  • Responsibility for the company intranet to ensure that uptodate information, resources and tools are easily accessible to all staff 
  • Administration of employment contracts, sick leave, insurances, tools & systems management etc.
  • Run various HR initiatives and projects in, for example, team building activities.

Skills and experience

  • Relevant education within Human Resources
  • +4 years experience as a self-driven HR administrator, preferably at a fast-paced growing company
  • Experience in the development and implementation of processes that make team members feel strong
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Swedish 
  • Growth mindset and result orientation

The place of work is the company’s headquarters in Stockholm. At the moment we mostly work from home.
